Keyana Campbell, MSM

Keyana Campbell serves as the Executive Director of HealthySteps Interventions, bringing with her a wealth of experience in community-based case management and as a licensed life and health insurance agent. With a master's degree in business management and ongoing doctoral studies, her passion lies in empowering families with medically fragile children to effectively navigate and manage daily life together. Her mission is to provide education and support to these families as they strive to create a harmonious and nurturing environment within their homes.

Andrea Holmes, RN

With over ten years of nursing experience, Andrea Holmes, RN, assumes the role of Director of Nursing, specializing in surgical centers. Her expertise in pediatric nurse case management positions her as a vital liaison between medical professionals and families, facilitating effective communication. Andrea is committed to bridging gaps and breaking down language barriers in healthcare settings. In addition to overseeing medical staff, she collaborates closely with the Executive Director and Programs Director to ensure the specialized needs of families are met.

Bre’Aja Bureau

Tashaunda Anderson

As our Operations Director, Tashaunda brings more than two decades of experience in safety and operations to the table. Having worked for global corporations, she has a wealth of knowledge in the field. In addition to her corporate background, Tashaunda runs her own non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about Lupus in her community. A survivor of colon cancer, she is actively involved in several boards championing community initiatives across different organizations. Tashaunda's primary focus is ensuring that the internal staff at HealthySteps Interventions receive comprehensive training and adhere to all required regulations. She is also is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.

In her role as Programs Director at HealthySteps Interventions, Bre’Aja Bureau leverages her extensive experience in community-based case management. Possessing a deep understanding of residential housing, client needs management, and fostering partner relationships, she is dedicated to crafting customized programs that cater to the unique requirements of each family. Bre’Aja is driven by her passion to establish strong connections with community partners in order to provide families with a diverse range of resources and support.
